One of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. I tend to never leave bad reviews, if I am unhappy I usually don’t leave any review. I reached out to confirm size measurements and placed an order before I heard back because I didn't want the abaya to sell out. I kept asking about the chest measurements for the abaya and gave my own measurements to ensure it will fit. I received a reply after 3-4 days giving me no details just saying refer to the size chart on our website and if it does not fit you can send it back. The website size chart says loose modest fit. The inside abaya slip is not a one size fits all and should have exact chest measurements.. it is a tailored fit. When I tried to return it I found out that if you use a discount code the company locks you into an exchange “only”. I’ve never ever seen another company do this. Basically they have my money and I have a product I cant use but they don’t care. I was told its Ramadan and a busy time so it took them longer to respond. If that is the case you need to extend the exchange/return window. Absolute nightmare dealing with customer care. I am no longer able to exchange because its 15 days and I still have not heard back with answers to questions I asked. So if you are hoping for any decent level of customer care be prepared to be disappointed.
