This was the worst experience I have ever had ordering from a company. I placed my order on Jan 5th. The tracking NEVER UPDATED. FOR WEEKS. I kept contacting UPS and they kept saying that the sender (ZTL) never sent the package. After 3 weeks of not knowing what is going on with my package and getting no help from customer service (the worst ive ever experienced) they kept pushing me off telling me to “wait”. After waiting 3 weeks with no answers finally they confirmed my package as “missing”. On Jan 29th they claimed they “resent” the shipment, still no tracking or any info. After 2 weeks of more confusion and no answers from them (opening my DMs and not replying, not answering any rmails) I finally had to contact my bank to claim fraud and FINALLY got my refund after over a month of no package and no answers. Im fully convinced they never sent the package at all and just wanted to take my money and string me along as long as they could and hope I give up or forget. For a muslim brand they should honestly be ashamed of how they run their business. I expected so much more from Zahraa and her brand. Soooo disappointed and will definitely NEVER order from here ever again.
